These terms apply when you use FlashXCode or purchase a service, report, software licence or digital delivery from us.
Our service
FlashXCode provides independent automotive software services, digital products, reports, configurations and support. Product descriptions explain the intended scope of each service. Compatibility can depend on the vehicle, installed equipment, software version and information supplied by you.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate vehicle and contact information, including a correct VIN where requested. You are responsible for ensuring that requested work is lawful in your location and that you have authority to request work for the vehicle. Follow supplied instructions carefully and keep backups where appropriate.
Orders and payment
Prices and applicable VAT are shown at checkout before payment. An order is accepted once payment is successfully confirmed. We may contact you if information is missing, a compatibility review is required, or the requested service cannot be provided safely.
Digital delivery and support
Digital products, instructions and service results are delivered through the method stated on the product or order page. Delivery times may vary with compatibility checks and the information needed to complete the work. Keep your order reference when contacting support.
Refunds and cancellations
If there is a problem with a service or delivery, contact us promptly with your order reference and relevant details. We assess requests individually in line with the product, the work already performed and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Independent service
FlashXCode is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, authorised by, or officially connected to BMW AG, MINI, Apple, Google or their subsidiaries. Brand names are used only to identify vehicle compatibility or related technology.
