This policy explains what personal information FlashXCode uses when you browse the site, create an account or order a service.
Information we collect
We collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, billing address, company details, VAT number, vehicle information and files or messages you send to us. We also retain order, payment, delivery and support records needed to provide the service and meet accounting obligations.
Signing in with Google
If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google provides your verified email address, Google account identifier and basic profile name. We use this only to create or sign you in to your FlashXCode account. We do not receive or store your Google password, and we do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive or other Google content.
How we use information
We use your information to operate your account, process and fulfil orders, deliver digital products, provide support, prevent fraud or misuse, communicate about your order, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
Payments and service providers
Payment details are processed by our payment providers, including PayPal. We do not store card details. We may use carefully selected providers for hosting, email delivery, payment processing and authentication only where necessary to operate the service.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes above and for legally required retention periods. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can review or update your profile and account information in My account. You can request an export or deletion review from the Privacy & data area after signing in. Some records, such as invoices and completed-order records, may need to be retained where required by law.
